The work we take on
Most of what we do is building homes and the carpentry that goes into them. Here is the full list of the services we provide at Tipple Custom Builds Inc.
Custom homes
Footings to keys.
The whole build, managed by us: layout and foundation, framing, roof and envelope, trades coordination, and every bit of the finish carpentry. One crew who were there on day one are still there the day you walk through it.
Framing
The bones, done properly.
Floor systems, wall framing, and roof structure: plumb, square, and blocked where it matters. We take on framing packages for other builders and homeowners as well as our own projects.
Exterior envelope
Getting it closed in and dry.
Sheathing, roofing, windows and doors, siding, soffit and trim. The stage that decides how a house handles weather for the next fifty years, and the one we push hardest to get finished on time.
Finish carpentry
The part you actually touch.
Casing and baseboard, interior doors, tile, stairs and railings, mantels, shelving and built-ins. Slow work by design: tight mitres, clean reveals, and doors that latch with one finger.
Additions & renovations
Adding on to what is already there.
Extensions, dormers, garage conversions, and gutting a space back to the studs to rebuild it properly. Renovation work is harder than new build because you inherit somebody else’s decisions. We will tell you straight what we find once it is open.
Garages, shops & outbuildings
Same standard, simpler brief.
Detached garages, workshops, barns and studios. Framed and finished to the same standard as a house. You just are not paying for house-level interior finish where you do not need it.
Cabinetry
Built for the room, not the catalogue.
Kitchens, vanities, closets, shelving and built-ins, measured to the walls they live on and scribed to the floor. Doors that hang square and drawers that still run true after years of being pulled.
Blueprints
Drawings the crew can build from.
If you are starting from a sketch or an idea, we can put it on paper: plans and elevations worked out with you before anything gets cut, so the build follows a drawing rather than a guess.

No surprises, either direction
You tell us what you want to build, roughly where and roughly when. We come and look at it. If it is a job we are the right crew for, we will say so and put numbers to it; if it is not, we will tell you that too and point you at someone better suited.
Once we start, you get the same faces every day and a straight answer whenever you ask one. If we hit something unexpected, and on renovations you usually do, you hear about it that day, not in the final invoice.
Not on the list?
Ask anyway. If it is carpentry or it is a building, there is a good chance it is something we do, and if it is not, we will tell you who does it well.
